Postage & Packing

P&P cost for the UK and Europe is a flat rate of £2.50 (2.50 GBP). This price reflects that items are posted with Royal Mail Recorded Service for a more secure delivery. Each item of jewellery will be shipped in its own organza bag for safekeeping.

For all other destinations a flat rate of £5.00 (5.00 GBP) is charged.

Items are despatched within 48hrs of receipt of payment.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind: A full refund is issued if you return the item within ten (10) days of purchase less the cost of postage. A refund will be issued only if the item is returned without being worn and in the same condition it was dispatched in and in its original packaging. Please email us if you wish to return and item. You will be required to return the item by recorded mail.

Faulty or Incorrect Item: A full refund, including postage, will be issued if the item is faulty or if you receive an incorrect item.

All refunds are issued within 3 working days after we receive the item(s) plus the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
